Own a villa at the
Royal Gorge
Seven architect-designed modular villas - designed by Topos Homes, factory-built by Irontown Homes - standing today on the 800-acre Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort.
The inventory, honestly stated
Seven villas, four models,
all standing on the ranch
Two Saloon, two Ritz, one Duke and two Rango villas were factory-built by Irontown Homes and delivered to the ranch, where they stand today. The Rango is shown here in its architectural renderings and the Duke in real video from the ranch; the Saloon and the Ritz are shown in person or by request - and every villa is shown best from its own porch.

The Rango
Two available - Calm and Elegant interiors
The villa in every rendering on this page. Black corrugated steel and warm wood siding under a standing-seam metal roof, with a covered porch built for gorge-country evenings.
The Duke
One available - Warm interior
Living, kitchen, bedroom, bath and laundry in a 16 by 38 foot plan that lives far larger than it measures. Take the video walkthrough below, then walk the real one.
The Saloon
Two available - Calm interiors
The gathering villa. Generous living and kitchen space made for hosting - photos on request, or see it in person on the ranch.
The Ritz
Two available - Calm interior appointments
The most finely appointed of the four models. Photos on request, and it shows best standing inside it.

Topos Homes design
Architect Brian Buzarde's studio in Rifle, Colorado drew every plan - proportioned for mountain light, mountain snow and mountain views.
Irontown Homes build
Factory-built in a controlled plant, then delivered whole. Straight walls, tight seams, no weather delays baked into the frame.
Materials that last
Black standing-seam and corrugated-steel roofing, ACRE composite siding and decking that does not rot, warp or feed insects.

The setting
800 acres of the old
Buckskin Joe country
The villas stand on Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort - gorge-country ranch land two minutes from the Royal Gorge Bridge, ringed by thousands of acres of permanently open space, with rafting, ziplines and the Arkansas River all within a short drive of the gate.
